NEW: Ukrainian special forces (SBS) released footage showing the elimination of Russian Major General Anton Grunis, commander of the 4th Motor Rifle Brigade, operating in Bakhmut and Kostiantynivka directions. Putin had previously praised Grunis — who has a Lithuanian surname and was born in Kazan — as "fighting brilliantly," notably after Grunis reported the full capture of Kostiantynivka in July.
