Following the outbreak of Pneumonia Plague in Russia, U.S. President Donald J. Trump told reporters today that he has a call scheduled “very soon” with Russian President Vladimir Putin to discuss the outbreak. Not mentioned was the recent Russian strikes on non-Ukrainian vessels within the EEZ’s of NATO nations, but it could be discussed.
